Pricing FAQ

Why do you disclose a service fee openly?
Because hidden markups are this industry’s core problem. You see the free-zone list price and our fee separately — so you can compare us with booking directly at any time, and you know exactly what you pay for: digital process, portal, dedicated support, renewal management.
Are there discounts or promotions?
We can’t and won’t go below the official free-zone list price — “50 % off” promotions elsewhere usually work via hidden re-billing. Real savings exist through multi-year packages (RAKEZ offers genuine list discounts for 2–10-year terms).
Can I pay in installments?
A 50 % down payment is possible on most packages; the remainder is due before submission to the free zone. Paying by bank transfer avoids the card fee.
What if free-zone prices change?
Our quotes are price-guaranteed for 14 days. The underlying list prices are verified continuously — every price on this website carries the date of its last verification.
Is there a refund if I cancel?
Government and free-zone fees are non-refundable (market standard). We refund our service fee as long as we haven’t submitted your documents to the free zone — details in our terms.
