Setting up in the UAE is a big step. That’s why three things are always part of working with us — in writing, from day one:

Completeness

Every quote lists all mandatory services — license, visa, medical, Emirates ID, immigration card. You know upfront what belongs to your setup.

Plannability

We show you not only the formation, but what comes after: renewals, deadlines, obligations. You plan across the full term.

A direct line

A dedicated team that knows your file — reachable in English and German, WhatsApp included. From the first quote to your renewal.

If you’re moving your business to a new country, you deserve clear answers. Period.

What you can rely on:

  • Official Channel Partner — a direct line to the free zone instead of a chain of middlemen

  • Based in Dubai, support in English and German — WhatsApp included

We recommend the structure that fits your business model — not the one that earns us the most.

The plan

Your way to Dubai — in three steps.

  1. Tell us your setup.

Zone, number of visas, extras — takes two minutes, no phone call needed.

  2. Get your assessment.

Within 24 hours: which structure fits, which steps are ahead, what you need to prepare.

  3. We handle the rest.

License, visa, medical, Emirates ID — we manage authorities and deadlines, you stay informed.

The outcome

  • Workspace or facility proof
  • Visa allocation and immigration card
  • Visa process, medical and Emirates ID
  • Our service fee — disclosed separately
  • What the following years will involve

What you never experience

  • Add-ons nobody mentioned beforehand
  • Mandatory items missing from the quote
  • A case where you don’t know where it stands
  • A contact person who suddenly changes

Exact terms depend on structure, number of visas and activity — we clarify those personally before you decide.

I had asked two other providers before — both stayed vague about what was coming. At VYCE the whole process was laid out from the start. License and visa went through in a good three weeks.

They told me honestly that my FBA business doesn’t need a visa at all — even though that was the smaller engagement for them. Advice against their own revenue: I haven’t seen that anywhere else.

We needed three visas for our team. The process was clear from the start, and the medical and Emirates ID appointments were scheduled so one trip covered everyone.

On the banking topic, nobody promised me the moon — instead I got an honest assessment of which bank fits my profile. The account was open after four weeks.

For my online trading business they recommended a leaner structure than the one I had asked for — with an open explanation of why that is the better choice for me.

Our review promise.

Reviews are only worth as much as their authenticity. That’s why three principles apply to us:

Real clients only

Review requests go out automatically after visa issuance or license completion — to every client, not just the happy ones.

Public & independent

We collect reviews on Google and Trustpilot — platforms we can’t control. That’s the point.

Criticism stays up

Negative reviews get answered, not moderated away. How a provider handles problems says more than any five-star rating.

All voices and principles: VYCE reviews

Your safety net

In writing. Not as a promise in a sales call.

Binding quotes

What we commit to holds — in writing, with a clear validity period.

Fair refund

We refund our service fee in full as long as your documents haven’t been submitted to the free zone. Government and free-zone fees are non-refundable across the market — we tell you that upfront, too.

No fine-print tricks

Every mandatory service is in the quote. If something unforeseen comes from the authorities, you hear it before the decision — never on the invoice.

The questions everyone asks us.

Is a company formation in Dubai legitimate and legal?
Yes — UAE free zones are government economic zones with a clear legal framework. What matters is clean execution: licensed activities, KYC checks, correct tax registration. That’s what our process is built for. What we don’t promise: “100 % tax-free” — your personal tax situation depends on your residency and belongs with a tax advisor.
Can’t I just book directly with the free zone?
You can — many do. What our guidance adds: a structure that fits your business model (instead of the first one available), guidance through the visa and authority process, deadline management, and one contact person when something stalls.
How long does the whole thing take?
License: typically a few working days after complete documents. With a visa: 2–4 weeks in total, depending on appointment availability and the status-change route. You get a realistic timeline at the start and see every step transparently.
Will I get a bank account in the UAE?
A business account is achievable, but not automatic — banks check your business model, substance and source of funds. Our bank-account assistance prepares you realistically instead of “guaranteeing” an account, which nobody serious can.
Do I need a visa at all?
Not necessarily. For pure online business without relocation, a structure without a visa is often enough. Without a visa, however, you have no residence status in the UAE. We compare both routes with you before you decide.
What about taxes — 9 % corporate tax, exit taxation?
We handle the corporate-tax and VAT registration in the UAE and explain the basics in our guides. For your personal tax situation (exit taxation, 183-day rule, existing companies at home) we work with qualified tax advisors — we don’t provide tax advice ourselves.

Talk to someone who knows the way.

Two minutes for your details. Within 24 hours you get an honest assessment of your situation — and if it doesn’t fit, we’ll tell you that too.
